Viktoria von Malottki jewellery is handcrafted in Belgium and is available in sterling silver and gold plated sterling silver or on special request in 18K gold.
Viktoria von Malottki tries to present and describe all products as realistic as possible. Nevertheless colours of pictures and colours of products may differ due to the settings and various types of hardware.
prices and conditions of payment:
All prices stated in the online-shop are in EURO including 21% Belgian VAT for customers within Europe. For customers outside of the EU who are having a delivery address outside the EU, the Belgian VAT is deducted from the prices and purchase amount during the checkout and payment process. The customer is responsible for payment of all taxes on receipt of the parcel in accordance with the laws applicable in the destination country.
Costs of delivery are extra and can be seen in the customer informations section.
Viktoria von Malottki reserves the right to suspend the processing or delivery of any order if a payment by credit card is declined by the officially accredited organisations or in the event of non-payment. In particular, Viktoria von Malottki reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or fulfil an order placed by a customer who has not partially or fully paid for a previous order or with whom a dispute concerning payment is ongoing.
delivery:
Products which are in stock will be delivered inside Belgium and the EU within 7 working days and outside the EU within 14 working days.
Products which are out of stock can have a delivery period of up to 8 weeks in case of delivery inside Belgium and the EU.
In case of delivery outside the EU, the delivery period can be up to 10 weeks.
The shipping costs depend on the customer’s location:
place of delivery inside Belgium: 7.00 Euro
place of delivery inside EU: 15.00 Euro
place of delivery outside EU: 25.00 Euro
Viktoria von Malottki will deliver the goods ordered by the customer to the address given by the customer for the delivery at the time the customer made the order. Delivery is not possible to post office boxes.
Delivery dates are non binding except expressly agreed upon. Viktoria von Malottki reserves the right to deliver any order in parts if such handling appears to be appropriate for a quick delivery. Should a delivery become impossible Viktoria von Malottki will inform the customer without undue delay.
Viktoria von Malottki shall have no liability to the customer for any failure to deliver goods the customer has ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage except in case of intent or gross negligence on the part of Viktoria von Malottki.
returns/exchange:
The customer has the right within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the original order to request an exchange or return the goods purchased by writing to us by email at [email protected]
The customer must return the goods to be exchanged or refunded, in its/their original condition, within 14 days of the exchange request made via the website.
The goods must be returned in its/their original packaging, to the following address:
Viktoria von Malottki - Turnhoutsebaan 1-3, 2100 Antwerp - Belgium.
If the above-mentioned conditions are fulfilled, Viktoria von Malottki shall enter a new order for the goods to be exchanged and ship it/them to the delivery address appearing on your original order, subject to stock availability.
Goods at reduced prices, customized goods and goods produced at request are not subject to the right to cancel the contract.
retention of title:
Viktoria von Malottki retains title to the goods until receipt of all payments in full.
warranty:
Goods delivered by Viktoria von Malottki are offered a two-year guarantee. It covers damage caused by a manufacturing default or material defect. Our warranty excludes damage caused by improper use or loss of (an) item(s).
We are offering a repair service for our costumers, in return for a price. The prices depend on the type of repair. For more information or questions about this service please contact us.
